1. Dispatch your parcels
Preparing your parcels for dispatch is very easy. You can use our – free of charge – dispatch software called Parcelware. Parcelware does the job for you. It enables you to pre-alert parcels, print labels and if needed manage your customs documents. Do you prefer to use your own software system? No problem, we can accommodate your requirements. 2. Collection to sorting depot
Our sorting depot is located in Haydock. Here you can drop off your parcels or we can collect them from your offices, whichever is most convenient for you. Our collection services are flexible. Please contact your account management team for more information.
3. Distribution within the European Union
First we scan and sort your parcels and then feed them into our international transportation network to their final destinations. Our integrated transportation and distribution network guarantees that your parcels are delivered quickly and efficiently across Europe.
4. Full Track & Trace
If you would like to follow your parcel to its final destination, you can use our online Track & Trace system. In a few clicks, you know exactly where your parcel is and when it has been delivered. Click here for more information about our Track & Trace services.
5. Not at home
Most deliveries succeed after the first delivery attempt. Should your customer not be at home, no problem, we’ll try again. If this is not successful, we offer several services to make sure your customer receives the item at a time or location that is most convenient. 6. Returns
Do you want to encourage your customers to order your goods knowing that these can be returned or exchanged free of charge? Look no further. We offer an easy return solution for your customers to return a parcel easily via the local post office.
