1. Your customer would like to return a parcel
Provide our easy return service and let us inform you about the options you can offer to your customers
2. Print return labels
- You can choose to print and enclose a return label in the parcel that is ordered by your customer. When your customer wishes to return the parcel, the return label is already enclosed for their convenience.
3. Drop off at local post office
The parcel is ready to be returned. Customers can choose any post-office of their choice and ready they are. There is not much to it, is it? We offer more than 70,000 retail locations where your customers can return a parcel.
4. Consolication in central depot
We will consolidate the parcels that are being returned in our hub where these will be scanned and sorted to their return destinations. If your parcels arrive in the country of your returns, they will be consolidated in our local depot.
5. Distribution to any address of your choice
Dependent on your preferences, parcels can be returned to either a domestic or an international return address. Should you wish to have a local “look and feel”, we can accommodate a domestic return address after which we will take care on the onward international return process to an address of your choice. We also offer a consolidated, dedicated returns process for large return flows. Of course we offer you full Track & Trace status information during this return process.
