We will go the extra mile to deliver parcels to your customer. In the event that your customer is not at home we’ll leave a notification detailing when the second delivery attempt will take place and we’ll try again. What if the addressee is still not at home?
In most countries we offer a large number of conveniently located retail locations with long opening hours where parcels can be picked up at a time of day that suits your customer best. For example, in Germany we offer your customers 11,000 retail outlets, in France 4,000 and in the Netherlands 2,500. If a parcel is not collected by your customer, we will return this item to you to an address of your choice. Of course, you are able to follow this parcel through our Track & Trace system.

In order to deliver your products we will:
1. make a first delivery attempt
2. notify your customers if they are not at home, and provide details of the second delivery attempt
3. schedule and perform a second delivery attempt
4. notify your customer that the parcel can be picked up at the nearest retail shop or inform your customer when the third delivery attempt will take place
5. return parcels to any address of your choice
6. we offer you full Track & Trace during the return process
