1. IT / Database development
We offer you customer databases, backoffices of webshops, web based reporting tools, notification tools to end-customers and other IT-driven services. These services are mainly developed on behalf of e-commerce customers.
2. Warehouse management
We take care of your intake, storage and stock control & reporting are management through our computer system that is interfaced with our production department.
3. Orderpicking and packing
We are delighted to discuss your needs regarding picking and packing. We either integrate your products in our current processes or we design tailor-made systems, procedures, infrastructure and/or even a new department. We also have possibilities for automatic packing: in-line coding, scanning and addressing with constrand quality and speed. We are here to reduce your lead times and costs.
4. Distribution
We choose the best distribution partners depending on your needs and destinations. Our systems are linked with all necesarry data about your orders, stock and returns.
5. Returns processing'
We take care of your returns processing. The customer information about your returns will be processed. We offer services to check and unpack your returned parcels. Whatever your needs are, we will return products which are in a good condition to any address of your choice. Our facilities offer you the possibility to recondition or destroy your return products.
6. Performance reports
You will receive all necesarry information about your orders, returns and performance. If you have specific requirements about performance reporting please contact the account management team.
